R.L. Hayes Construction Inc. is a 30-year-old company founded in Augusta, with its roots in painting, roofing, and home renovation. In the late 1990s, Roy & Lani joined the Builders Association of Metro Augusta and began building homes in Columbia and Richmond counties. To date, they have completed nearly 300 homes, and along the way their quality of workmanship and their customer relationships have earned them a number of awards. Roy & Lani have often said, “If we can’t build it right, we don’t want to build it!”
